Alliance for Finance Monitoring (ACFIM) organised a webinar on the topic: “Public funding of political parties in Uganda’s democratisation process: Lessons from 2021 General Elections”.

The event intended to offer a platform for provocative discussions to politicians and pro-democracy actors on public funding of political parties in Uganda. It is hoped that the event will provide lessons and necessary policy shifts for the government’s consideration to improve on the ecosystem of financing of political parties.
